I've been catching up on one of the blogs that Jess reads. One of the profs here at BU was commenting on why he thinks the Democrats are going to lose in the presidential election in 2008. After pointing out that Bush's approval is going back up, he notes:
"Democrats do not look able to win a two-way race for President. The likeable Clinton never did and the shrill one will not."
