p.s. Our kids are getting heavier. We did a five mile walk today, and it hurt as much as that seven mile one a few months ago. Ooooohh, my shoulders. (And "unca Dosh" did a 5K at someone else's cadence today (intimidating!) and Dad S did a triathalon, right? Hope everyone's holding up okay after such an active Saturday . . .)
