"Dad, are you going to work today?"
"Yes, but I'm staying home a bit longer this morning because I have an early doctor's appointment."
"Why are you going to the doctor?"
"Because I might be sick."
"Why might you be sick sometimes?"
"Because we live in a fallen world."
And, upon consideration, our daughter agreed, adding, "A fallen, whiney world."
