It's not that we're out of the woods, so please keep praying for our littlest girls, but we DO have good news: they could NOT hear Jane's heart murmur today, which probably means the medicine is working! We should find out for sure tomorrow or the next day.
Jane is off of the CPAP (pressurized oxygen) and handling it well, another very good sign.
Kate is completely off of oxygen and completely off of IV's: she's on room air and completely milk-fed.
Such good news!
Keep praying, as the girls are still very little, still having some lung issues (even Kate, who has to be positioned very carefully so that she can breathe properly, she eventually go dusky when Adam held her today), and still have to learn to eat on their own (off tubes). Please also pray that when Jane starts eating (probably tomorrow) that it goes well, and that her guts can handle it (some preemies can't digest properly, which can cause very scary problems). And please pray that Jane's heart problem really does completely heal.
But thank God for the very good news!

I pray for you and the girls while nursing. Hope your recovery is going well and praying for their continued health. Sounds like God is watching over them!
