btw, we have PROBABLY got the condo. Escrow's not open quite yet, but the bank is finishing the last bit of paperwork before that happens. It's a little more complicated than a normal sale since we're buying a property that's been forclosed on by an out-of-state bank. Please keep praying. It looks like it'll actually happen!
