2. Never use cooking spray when the pan is still over the open flame. It makes the open flame, um, much bigger.

3. A 2 liter bottle of Diet Coke plus about 5 mint Mentos added really fast equals an explosive, 10 ft. spume of foam. Explosive fun that's much safer than item #2 on this list.
