Also, the signing went SO well, we had a notary who explained EVERYTHING to us and was very cheerful, and all of the numbers on the paperwork were what we were expecting. Thanks be to God!
So, we close officially in about a week and a half, and move a bit after that, and as you can imagine, there's a lot to do! We're really, really tired, but God's being gracious to us by helping us to be gracious to one another. We'd still love to have you praying for us, because this next month is going to be nuts. Please pray for the kids too, who are feeling the stress.

Congratulations!! That's wonderful that you had such a great notary *and* that the money was as expected. We've been quite fortunate to have very good people both times we've been through the process, although the first time we had to come up with an extra $5000+ on less than 24 hrs. notice!
I'll be sure to pray for you and your family - I'm sure things are going to be quite crazy and stressful over the next month as you pack and then move and then unpack.
